🔧✨ Finished Project Friday ✨🔧

Sometimes an "emergency" starts with a problem you can't even see.

This week, a homeowner called us after discovering water pouring out from under their kitchen sink and flooding part of the kitchen. 🚨

After taking a closer look, we found the drain assembly had been over-tightened during a previous installation. The drain became cross-threaded, preventing it from sealing properly. Over time, the plumber's putty dried out and cracked, allowing the drain to loosen and develop a slow leak.

Because the leak was hidden, it went unnoticed until the sink was filled with water. That's when the drain finally gave way, sending water rushing into the cabinet and onto the kitchen floor.
