A recent remodeled bathroom completed for a customer. This bathroom had cracked floor tile due to joist spacing and subfloor deflection. Another layer of subfloor was added with an uncoupling membrane to minimize deflection and separate floor movement with tile movement.

About the Owner - Joel Cripe

I am originally from southeastern Pennsylvania and have been married to my wife, Melissa, for almost 20 years. Together, we have four boys. Our family has always loved the outdoors and spent 2024 building our home in York. I enjoy working around the house, spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, and kayaking. You’ll usually find me at one of my son’s baseball or basketball games.

Having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work in all areas of the trade. I believe in integrity, open communication, and working hard to achieve the customer’s goals for their project.
