Another exterior painting project completed by Int_Ex Construction LLC—this one in Vancouver, Washington!

The owner is preparing the property for sale, so we helped improve its appearance and addressed several areas needing repair. Our work included:

🔨 Re-caulking the siding
🔨 Replacing rotted trim around the windows
🔨 Replacing damaged corner trim on the house
🔨 Repairing rotted trim on the shed
🔨 Replacing a 30-inch garage entry door with a wider 32-inch door
🔨 Preparing and painting the exterior

While working, we also noticed several siding boards coming loose. We secured them at no additional charge as a courtesy to the customer. Sometimes the little things make a big difference—especially when preparing a home for the market!

Another bathroom remodel wrapped up—and this one’s a full transformation.

We took it from outdated tile, tub, and shower to a clean, modern space featuring waterproof LVP flooring, a deep standalone soaking tub designed for full relaxation, and a custom walk-in shower built for a true spa experience. The shower includes three fixtures: a ceiling-mounted rain head, a wall-mounted head, and a detachable spray—all seamlessly integrated.

Finished it off with an LED anti-fog mirror, updated vanity lighting, new baseboards, and fresh paint to bring everything together.

Only thing that stayed? The original vanity and sinks—everything else is brand new.
