Ok so 4 days we got it gutted, the new ceiling insulation in, the new fan in and properly vented to a roof vent. New drywall, all water board of course.
The new pan is covered.
Monday i will install a new mixer valve and move the head and get the hole covered.

Ok we got the new combination fan, light heat insaled and wired. And the new insulation hung. Tomorrow a little sheet rock.

This slab was too small and hard to get to, to order a truck. So to get it done and save the home owner some cash, we did it the old fashioned way.
