Complete septic system replacement completed last month in Renss. county. Here are some photos from throughout the project.

Old tank removed/backfilled
New outlet from house established
1000 gal. precast tank set and plumbed
Distribution box plumbed and speed levelers set
4 35’ laterals installed
Entire yard graded with sandy loam
New swale established
Topsoil, grass seed, and straw applied
Parking area regraded with fresh sub base

Inspection passed and certificate of completion acquired ✅

With a busy season for RP Dirt & Tree LLC, today we will take a look at one of the many projects completed this year. Lots of work completed for this very satisfied customer,

Tree removed ✅
Stump grinded ✅
Area regraded with topsoil ✅
Aerate and overseed ✅
Top dressed with compost ✅

The meat and potatoes of this project was the drainage. This customer was having an ongoing problem with their backyard flooding. Unfortunately this issue has caused their finished basement to be flooded multiple times.

With no option of draining to daylight and tying into the city storm drain also being ruled out, the next best option was pop up emitters.

RP Dirt & Tree LLC installed two dedicated sdr35 drainage lines and a total of three catch basins. Additionally, both lines each had their own french drain tied into them in known low spots of the yard.

This system was installed shortly before our local flood this year and kept up without issue, leaving this family with a dry basement and yard when most were flooding around us.

Finishing touches for a wonderful repeat customer.

This area was originally cleared in April of this year.

Since then, the customer has had a fence installed and needed the finish grade to be completed inside and out.

RP Dirt & Tree LLC was able to help by bringing in fresh garden mix and compost to top everything off.

Leaving yet another satisfied customer with the help of KJ Delsignore Excavation & Paving inc.

For this project RP Dirt & Tree cleared all brush and stripped topsoil before adding road fabric and crusher run to prep a solid base for asphalt.

Once that was completed, KJ Delsignore came in and finished the area with fresh asphalt.

This customer will no longer have to battle the tall weeds and vines every single year!

This customer was having a survey done on their property and needed the back corner cleaned out and regraded.

While removing the brush & debris, RP Dirt & Tree LLC was able to locate the existing survey pin.

The area was then regraded for the customer to place their raised garden beds in the near future.

This project started out as a simple drainage ditch cleaning for this repeat customer.

Although, after discovering numerous failures of the existing schedule 40 PVC going into the basement, this quickly turned into a full replacement.

RP Dirt & Tree LLC replaced both 50 ft runs with 4 inch SDR 35 pipe before adding drainage caps to prevent garbage & debris from potentially entering and blocking the pipe in the future.

Drainage is a CRUCIAL element for an older home with a stacked stone foundation.
