We turned the old screened-in porch and worn outdoor stairways into a beautiful, finished living space and completely updated exterior.

The project included:

• New composite decking and stairs
• Black railings with white finishes
• New covered porch areas
• Enclosed and finished interior living space
• New flooring, recessed lighting, trim and paint
• New exterior door and windows
• Large pass-through opening connecting the kitchen and living room

The gray, black and white exterior looks sharp, while the new interior feels bright, open and comfortable. Swipe through the before-and-after pictures—the difference is incredible!
