Landscape architecture firm and creative studio specializing in seasonal and edible garden design. Located in Worthington, Ohio.

We are inspired by the grand kitchen gardens of France and borrow the elements of beauty and dependence on the garden for seasonal food and flowers. The gardens we design incorporate edibles into the landscape, if desired. Our gardens contain walls, gates, patios, walkways, trellises, gazebos, greenhouses, potting sheds and plants that attract beneficial insects, birds, bees and butterflies.

How to Baptisia. Baptisia australis is one of our favorite native plants. (Native to the Eastern United States). It looks good spring, summer and fall but really shines in spring. I’m showing it now because you might be planting perennials this fall. Give it plenty of room; this plant has already eaten a Siberian iris, sedum and is ready to eat another. It will take up a space eight feet wide. Eight feet. Give it plenty of room and you will love the blue flowers this spring. Worth every bit of real estate.

A beautiful plant for the native woodland garden. (Eastern North America) Spicebush is one of our favorite plants and luckily the deer don’t bother it.

Fall trifecta- ‘October Skies’ aster, ‘Fireworks’ goldenrod and amsonia. Add in some panicum grasses for good measure.
