Obscured and Impeded Access: According to NFPA 72 and the International Fire Code (IFC), manual fire alarm boxes must be completely unobstructed, unobscured, and readily accessible. A cut fabric edge touching or wrapping around the housing creates a potential snag hazard and visual confusion during an emergency.

It’s a great idea to have your electrical panel inspected for items such as this loose ground at the electrical panel
Most homes should be inspected every 3 to 5 years while older homes should be inspected at least every other year for loose neutrals, loose feeders, or loose grounds.

Do you have an older style fuse box?
This one had a blown fuse.
No continuity when metered out.
Back up and running for now.
This customer will be replacing with this older replaceable fuse type with breaker style panel
