This year we have been working with a GC and the Chicago Housing Authority doing renovations to thier properties. It started off with one project, due to our quality of work, our prices and our turnover time we have now been seeing more properties from them. This will be our 3rd location from them within 30 days and we have another one to go to after this one! When you do good work and dont charge and arm and a leg people with keep you busy. We own all our equipment and everything we have is paid off and we dont do jobs we cant afford to cover. We keep it simple, honest and clean along with afforable prices.

We had a customer call saying his sisters car was leaking oil. We explained to the customer that a simple sealcoat job isnt going to solve the issue and that we would need to prime the area. We gave a price for the job and by the next day we came by did a clean up we marked our oil area and we got to business. While we were working the homeowner came out and told us that she had gotten it sealed before and it didnt do anything and was concern about getting a job done with no solution to the problem. I told her she has nothing to worry about and if we dont satisfy her needs we wont bill her (elderly lady) boy did we surprise her!! She was impressed that we took our time and did the job correctly and most importantly got rid of her oil stains in the driveway!
