🔨 We’ve Been Quiet… But We’ve Been BUSY! 🔨

Sorry we’ve been a little radio silent on here lately — it’s our busy season, and our crews have been hard at work bringing some awesome projects across the finish line!

We just wrapped up a full insulation package on this new construction home, and we’re incredibly proud of how it came together.

A few highlights from this project:

🏠 R-21 Closed-Cell Spray Foam throughout all exterior walls

🔥 3,700 SQFT of Radiant Barrier

🌱 6,800 SQFT of Cellulose & Insulmesh, including:
• R-60 in the attic areas
• Full-fill cellulose in the floor systems
• Dense-pack cellulose in all interior walls for added sound control

💨 Extensive air sealing, ventilation detailing, and much more!

Projects like this are where doing things right from the beginning really pays off. This home is going to be quiet, energy-efficient, comfortable, and built to perform for decades to come.

Another project wrapped up by the Apollo Insulation team! 💪🏡

This new construction camp is now fully insulated and built for maximum comfort and efficiency. We completed:

✅ 3” Enverge closed-cell spray foam on the main floor
✅ Whole-home ERV system tied into every bathroom exhaust fan
✅ 2” closed-cell spray foam on the foundation walls and rim joists
✅ R-49 insulation throughout the flat attic and cathedral ceilings
✅ Complete air sealing of all framing with elastomeric caulking

Another great Day 1 in the books for the Apollo Insulation team! 💪

Today we installed 3” of Enverge closed-cell spray foam throughout the main floor of this beautiful new construction camp. We’re also installing a whole-home ERV system tied into every bathroom exhaust fan to provide balanced, energy-efficient fresh air year-round.

Next up:
✅ 2” closed-cell spray foam on the basement foundation walls and rim joists
✅ R-49 insulation in all flat attic and cathedral ceiling areas
✅ A complete air seal of all framing using elastomeric caulking for maximum efficiency

This home is being built with comfort, durability, and energy performance in mind from day one. We can’t wait to show you the finished product!

Turns out Lil Wayne wasn’t a no-show in Maine after all… He just took a last-minute job helping the crew at Apollo Insulation spray some foam. Apparently the tour bus couldn’t compete with the spray rig. 🔥❄️

Another spray foam project wrapped up right here in Winthrop, Maine! 💪

This home received 3” of Enverge Closed Cell Spray Foam (R-21) in all exterior walls and 5” of Enverge Closed Cell Spray Foam (R-35) in the cathedral ceiling areas, creating a high-performance thermal and air barrier that will keep the home comfortable and energy efficient for years to come.

Next up, we’ll be elastomeric caulking all double-stud areas to further reduce air leakage and maximize the building envelope’s performance before moving on to the next project.

Another awesome project underway for Apollo Insulation LLC 🔥

We just wrapped up the first phase of insulation work on a beautiful new construction camp here in Maine. Our crew completed full air sealing on all exterior and interior walls to maximize energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance.

For insulation, we installed:• R-23 Rockwool ComfortBatt in all exterior walls• Rockwool AFB sound batts in all interior walls and first floor ceilings for superior sound control• Dense-packed any wall bays with utilities or obstructions to ensure complete coverage and no compromised areas

Next up, we’ll be heading back once the final skylights are installed to spray 7” of Everge Closed Cell Spray Foam in all roof decking areas and finish the remaining sound batt installation over the second floor rooms.

This one is going to be an incredible finished product. Huge thanks to everyone involved! 💪
