This ceiling caved in due to a leaking A/C system. We cut out the damaged drywall and wet insulation, installed new drywall, finished the seams, blended the popcorn texture to match, and painted the repaired area. We also fixed the root cause of the A/C leak so it doesn’t happen again.

🔨 A little deck tear-down action today!
Out with the old and getting ready to build it back bigger, better, and COVERED. This old deck is coming out and will be replaced with a completely new deck featuring composite decking and a beautiful covered roof to turn this backyard into a space the homeowners can enjoy year-round.
Demo is done. Now the fun part starts. 💪🏠

🔥 OUT WITH THE OLD. IN WITH THE NEW. 🔥

Another complete HVAC upgrade by O’Neals Building Group.

We removed the outdated Apollo water-source system and replaced it with a new Goodman heat pump system.

This one took more than just swapping equipment:

⚡ The old Apollo air handler operated on 110V, so we installed a new 240V circuit for the Goodman system.

🪚 Once the old equipment was removed, we found rotted subfloor underneath the air handler. We cut out the damaged material and replaced the subfloor before setting the new equipment.

❄️ New Goodman heat pump installed and completed properly from the ground up.

The advantage of calling ONE company that handles ALL the trades — HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general contracting were all handled in-house. No waiting around for multiple contractors and no finger-pointing between trades.
