🔨 Another Job Completed by O'Neals Building Group! 🔨

We recently wrapped up a project involving extensive water damage repairs and structural restoration.

This job included:
✅ Demolition and removal of damaged flooring in the utility closet and laundry room
✅ Repairing multiple plumbing leaks beneath the home
✅ Reframing sections of the floor system that had been compromised by water damage
✅ Rebuilding portions of the wall framing affected by moisture
✅ Installing a new washing machine
✅ Replacing damaged subflooring and restoring the area back to its original condition

Water damage can quickly turn into major structural issues if left unaddressed. Our team worked through every step of the process—from locating and repairing the source of the leaks to rebuilding the damaged areas and putting everything back together the right way.

This is a 16x20 deck we built this week for a client. Built right from the ground up with all concrete footers, hidden fasteners, and a full railing system complete with a baby gate for added safety.
