🔥 OUT WITH THE OLD. IN WITH THE NEW. 🔥

Another complete HVAC upgrade by O’Neals Building Group.

We removed the outdated Apollo water-source system and replaced it with a new Goodman heat pump system.

This one took more than just swapping equipment:

⚡ The old Apollo air handler operated on 110V, so we installed a new 240V circuit for the Goodman system.

🪚 Once the old equipment was removed, we found rotted subfloor underneath the air handler. We cut out the damaged material and replaced the subfloor before setting the new equipment.

❄️ New Goodman heat pump installed and completed properly from the ground up.

The advantage of calling ONE company that handles ALL the trades — HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general contracting were all handled in-house. No waiting around for multiple contractors and no finger-pointing between trades.

Depending on the project, renovations may require permits and inspections for building, electrical, HVAC, and other regulated work.

Permits help ensure work is completed to applicable codes and inspected at required stages — and hiring properly licensed contractors helps protect the homeowner when licensed work is required.

Before starting a renovation, ask:

✅ Does this project require a permit?
✅ Who is responsible for pulling it?
✅ Are the required trades properly licensed?
✅ Will the work be inspected?
