Weather swings hit your home first. Free inspections across North Carolina.

What’s hiding under your home?

You don’t need standing water to have a crawlspace problem. We’ve found bee nests tucked in insulation, wood rot eating structural framing, and moisture damage that’s been building for years — all in crawlspaces that looked “fine” from the outside.

Small problems today become expensive repairs tomorrow.

That’s why we offer FREE crawlspace inspections — honest answers, no pressure, and only the solutions your home actually needs. We document every job so you see exactly what we find and what we fix.

Most people don’t know their foundation walls are failing until it’s too late.

Bowing. Cracking. Hydrostatic pressure pushing in from the outside.

MHS Foundation & Waterproofing is now a certified Fortress Invisibeam installer — one of the only certified contractors serving Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and all of North Carolina.

Here’s what that means for you:
✅ Carbon fiber straps 5x stronger than steel
✅ Less than 1/4” thick — virtually invisible once installed
✅ No excavation required
✅ ICC-ES certified and code approved
✅ Lifetime transferable warranty — goes with the home if you sell

If you’ve noticed cracks or bowing in your basement or foundation walls — don’t wait. That movement doesn’t stop on its own.

Free inspections available this week throughout the Triad.

This is what the difference looks like.

Before — damaged insulation, moisture, rot, and debris under a real Triad home.

After — clean, protected, and built to last.

If your home has a musty smell, soft floors, or you just don’t know what’s under there — let us take a look. Free. No pressure. No obligation.

Today, we celebrate the freedom to build, speak, love, serve, and live as ourselves.

As a Marine Corps veteran, the Fourth of July carries more weight than fireworks and cookouts. It is a reminder that freedom was earned through sacrifice, protected through service, and strengthened when we choose to stand together.

I’m proud to have served this country. I’m proud to be a wife, a mother, and a business owner. And I’m proud to build MHS Foundation & Waterproofing on the same values that shaped me: integrity, commitment, hard work, and service to others.

From my family and MHS Foundation & Waterproofing, have a safe and meaningful Independence Day.

Happy Fourth of July. 🇺🇸

Work is crawlspace related — you'll need to be comfortable working in a confined space. Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs. If you're interested or know someone who might be, send me a message!

I’ve been quiet for a few weeks, and I want to be straight with you about why.

I got sick and ended up hospitalized. Then, before I was fully back on my feet, I was involved in a serious vehicle accident that totaled my truck.

It’s been a rough stretch.

But I’m back.

As a Marine, getting back up isn’t optional. You assess the damage, adapt, and keep moving.

MHS Foundation & Waterproofing is open, scheduling inspections, and ready to work. If you’ve been waiting to have your crawlspace, basement, drainage, or foundation looked at, now is the time.

Same honest diagnosis.
Same no-pressure approach.
Same commitment to doing it right.

Free inspections are available this week.

Triad homeowners — your soil is working harder against your home than most people realize.

Clay soil shrinks during drought, then expands and pushes after heavy rain. That movement can lead to foundation gaps, crawlspace moisture, standing water, mold, wood rot, and soft or sloping floors.

At MHS Foundation & Waterproofing, we don’t guess. We diagnose the real cause and provide lasting solutions.
