Wasted space turned into the perfect storage space!

These homeowners had unused space, so we completely finished it out and turned it into the perfect spot for lake toy storage!

We added framing, insulation, poplar tongue-and-groove, electrical, epoxy flooring, and finished it all off with a beautiful garage door.

While we were at it, we also gave the main garage floor a fresh epoxy finish—and it turned out great!

Like it was always there! 🏡

These homeowners wanted a room they could enjoy all year round, and we made it happen!

With strict HOA requirements on the appearance of this project, it was important that this addition was seamlessly with the existing home. We matched the windows, siding, stone, and paint to make the finished product look like it was part of the original build.

On the inside, we finished the space with drywall and LVP flooring, creating a comfortable, finished room the homeowners can enjoy year-round.
