Office Coordinator & Project Support
$18 (training) - $25

We are growing rapidly and need a reliable, task-oriented team member to help manage our busy office operations. This role requires clear communication between our team, customers, real estate agents, and county officials.

Our office manager, Elle, needs help in the following areas. During the interview, she will discuss the best place to start training.

Customer & Grant Support: Act as the main point of contact for grant-funded customers and administrators.

Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with the County Health Department to submit documentation, obtain septic permits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Real Estate Coordination: Schedule septic inspections and ensure all contracts and forms are completed accurately.

Data & Logistics: Update internal databases, manage schedules, process payments, and track job progress.

General Support: Take initiative to learn our operations and assist wherever needed.

Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software. Experience in septic, construction, or permitting processes is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Performance Policy: This is a full-time position, with room to grow. Want to manage a division? We could get there soon. We hope to find someone who likes to conquer problems and likes to take ownership of their efforts. Once trained, a healthy increase in salary will follow. Our raises are always skills and performance-based, not some annual event. You set the pace! We are still a family company!

All new employees start at $18 an hour, and raises are given as skills are provable. We can discuss the metrics and will put them in writing.

Performance Policy: If it becomes clear within the first two weeks that the position is not a good fit, the employee will have one opportunity to improve. If improvement is not shown, employment will end. We value honesty and accountability—this is a great opportunity to grow within a reputable, family-owned company.

Benefits & Location
Amazing office coworker
Company phone
Paid time off (PTO) TBD
Health insurance soon, a stipend now.
Hybrid/Work-from-home options available.

Bringing new beginnings to existing homes. This family in Hardy County West Virginia is renovating a 40s home into today's standards. We were excited to be able to help out with replacing a tank while we're able to rejuvenate a second system with just some fine detail work. The health department was most excellent to work with and made getting this done a breeze. If you're in Hardy county and need some septic help, give us a hollar, and we will come help you too.

"It's never been a problem before" is a staple comment in this job. Conventional septics truly are workhorses, but even the best racehorse needs shoes replaced as it runs through life.

Shown here are inlet tees that has lived their life, and now reside at the bottom of the tanks. All we're found this week alone while pumping, one caused a backup into the house.

Cast iron has a service life of 50-100 years, and many older homes have this issue. A tee helps separate papers and solids, and prevents backups by created a wall between in coming gunk, and the wall of paper that builds in a tank. The outlet tee keeps floating gunk in the tank, saving the drainfeild from solid waste. Ensuring these two parts are sound will keep you house considerably more habitat long term unless your a a sewage lover.

Call us today to have your tees inspected for free when you pump your tank! Better yet apply at our webpage for free pumping, we will check the tees then too!
