Making progress on this one. Finally got around to doing an AI representation. This is a fusion of 2 images.... the base model image and an actual drone shot received from the owners. I uploaded both images - and instructed the AI to use the real drone shot to create the background. It took a few tries to get the synthesized elements generally aligned to my liking. But the background integration worked. The cart path is a little squirely - but for a conceptual image it is more or less on point.

Significant progress on this one. I didn't get to see the ridge install in person - not very often we see cranes on the island. The engineer called for a massive 33" deep glulam for the main ridge - and it has a pretty long span. The superstructure is now in place. I am guessing the roof framing will be nearly finished by my next visit.

More updates from 59 - date of visit 2026_0707. Wood floors are in. Pre-hung interior doors are being installed. Work continues on the cascading exterior entry deck. This was my first time ever designing stained glass. The custom entry door looks pretty awesome. Owner's request was for a water-fowl scene. The door panels, frame and arched transom are sapele. Alo represented here are a couple shots from the master bathroom facing the shower enclosure. The owner sourced the bird mosaic and we designed the enclosure to accommodate it. More to come...

After a bit of a delay due to bad weather during previous planned trips up to PKS, we were able to get back up there to take a few pictures of this house (post-occupancy). The sun was getting high, so we weren't able to finish shooting the back (too much backlighting). Will save the rest for another day.
