Last week’s roof replacement out of West Chester, PA.

With all the storms in recent months, this client had storm damage to their roof they were unaware of that we brought to their attention. From this damage we were able to negotiate a full roof replacement with their insurance company.

The client only paid their insurance deductible for entire brand new roofing system.

When we pointed out this client’s storm damage to their insurance company, they denied a replacement not once but TWICE before we finally won them a full approval.

In addition to getting this client’s insurance company to pay for their roof replacement, we also got them to pay for the removal and replacement of the solar panels (not shown here, solar company hasn’t reattached them yet) for the project.

If you have solar panels on your roof, we can still help you! You won’t have to come out of pocket for expenses relating to the panels if we replace your roof.

Not sure how the leaves got on there given the lack of trees, but she still look good.

We didn’t just get this client’s roof paid for by insurance and replace it for them, but we also got them new sheathing underneath.

Upon tearing off the shingles, we saw the plywood (sheathing) underneath was too old and flimsy to reuse. So, in best practice, we tore all that off and replaced it with newer, thicker sheets.

We don’t cut corners!

That’s all it took! From the day we pointed out their damage and helped the client file the claim to the day of their roof installation, it was only 5 weeks.

We are expects at this! Don’t waste your time with contractors who drag their feet.

We never reuse bad sheathing!

During today’s job after removing the old shingles, it was found that the current sheathing underneath was too flimsy to reuse. So, in best practice, we removed the old sheathing and replaced it with new, thicker plywood.
