We gave this bathroom a full transformation while keeping the character of the home intact. New tile throughout, classic marble flooring, custom beadboard wainscoting, updated vanity and fixtures, recessed lighting, and a completely rebuilt tub/shower surround brought this space back to life.

From outdated basement to a completely transformed living space. 🔨

We took this basement down and gave it a full renovation from top to bottom — new flooring, custom wall molding throughout, an open black ceiling with recessed lighting, a completely rebuilt staircase, custom wine storage, entertainment area with fireplace, bar area, and a renovated half bath.

One of our favorite parts of this project is how the warm wood tones, detailed trim work, and dark ceiling all came together to give the basement a completely different feel.

We opened up the existing kitchen to create a brighter, more functional space with a completely new layout and finish. New custom cabinetry, granite countertops and backsplash, refinished hardwood floors, updated lighting, and a large peninsula with plenty of seating and storage.

This front porch received a complete structural upgrade. We removed the deteriorated support columns, installed new LVL structural columns, and wrapped them with Royal vinyl column wraps finished with decorative crown and base trim.

A safer structure, a cleaner look, and a maintenance-free finish—all in one project.

Wrapping up this small addition project! We added a new living space and full bathroom designed with the future in mind. The homeowners wanted a first-floor room that can eventually be converted into a master bedroom, allowing them to avoid stairs as they get older. For now, it serves as a comfortable living room and an additional bathroom for guests and everyday use.
