Before → During → After: Sometimes the real fix is behind the wall.
This facility restroom had plumbing problems hiding behind a full tile wall. To give the plumbers clean, complete access, we carefully removed the fixtures, tile, and sheetrock - containing the work and protecting the rest of the space while it was open.
Once their repairs were done, we put it all back better than we found it: new sheetrock, taped and finished, wall protection paneling, fresh paint, and new tile base. The client chose drywall over new tile on that wall on purpose - easy access for any future repairs down the road. Everything finished to code and ADA-compliant.
This is the work that's too small for a big GC but too involved for an in-house maintenance team - coordinated cleanly around a working facility, and done right. That's exactly what I do.
