Great review from ANDREW... "I had a great experience with Ronnie Jones AC & Heating. They were referred to me through the home warranty company that came with my new home, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish.

A special thank you to Natalia for her outstanding customer service. She was able to get my appointment moved up much earlier than originally scheduled, which was greatly appreciated, especially during the summer heat. She was a breath of fresh air. Customer service is a lost art but she was amazing!

When Ronnie arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly, and made the repair promptly. His knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency were impressive. It's refreshing to work with a company that values both customer service and quality workmanship.
