In hospitality, the guest experience is everything and HVAC plays a bigger role in that than most people realize. Nobody leaves a great review about the air conditioning; but a room that's too hot, too cold, or too noisy? That goes straight to the comment section.

Let's talk about the most heated debate in every office building...and it has nothing to do with the budget meeting. 🌡️

The Thermostat War.

You know exactly what we're talking about. Someone cranks it to 68° first thing in the morning. By 10am, someone else has bumped it back to 74°. By lunch, there's a passive aggressive sticky note on the unit. By 3pm, someone has called facilities.
It's a tale as old as commercial HVAC itself.
