Ballinger Electric

There are a lot of electricians in Wichita, so why choose Ballinger Electric?

For us, it comes down to something pretty simple: we want to earn your trust, not just your business.

Lately, we’ve had several homeowners call us looking for a second opinion after being presented with very large electrical estimates when they originally called for a much smaller problem. Sometimes those larger repairs are absolutely necessary. Other times, they simply aren’t.

That’s where we try to be different.

If you call us because your ceiling fan isn’t working, we’re going to figure out why your ceiling fan isn’t working. While we’re there, if we see something that is genuinely unsafe or needs attention, we’re going to tell you about it. That’s our responsibility as electricians.

But we’re not going to tell you that you need a $15,000 or $30,000 electrical overhaul just because we found an opportunity to sell one.

Sometimes I probably talk myself out of just as much work as I talk myself into. If something can safely be repaired, I’ll tell you. If something still has years of life left in it, I’ll tell you that too. And if something really does need to be replaced for the safety of your home and family, I’m going to be just as straightforward about that.

No scare tactics.
No unnecessary pressure.
No trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of every service call.

Ballinger Electric is a locally owned Wichita business. When you hire us, you’re helping support local employees, local families, local suppliers, and a business that wants to be part of this community for a long time.

We know the best way to build a business isn’t by making the biggest sale possible today.

It’s by treating people right so that when you need an electrician again five or ten years from now, Ballinger Electric is the first name you think of.

If you’re looking for an electrician who will give you an honest assessment, explain your options, and recommend what we would want done in our own home, give Ballinger Electric a call.

And here when you need us.

Replace it because it’s not safe —not because it failed.

Electrical panels do not last forever. If your home or electrical service is more than 50 years old, now is a good time to have it professionally inspected.

At Ballinger Electric, we believe in being proactive, not reactive. We would rather replace an aging panel on your schedule than receive an emergency call after an outage, melted connection, or electrical fire.

⚡ Complimentary panel safety inspections
⚡ Honest evaluation and recommendations
⚡ Professional, permitted panel replacements
⚡ Safer, more dependable power for your home

Don’t wait for smoke, sparks, or an outage to find out there’s a problem.

Not sure what kind of panel you have? Send us a clear photo of the panel door and breaker area. Please do not remove the cover yourself!

Call Ballinger Electric today and let us help you protect your home.

🚨 SOUND ON 🚨

Hear that buzzing?

That’s not electricity “working.” That’s a failing Federal Pacific breaker arcing inside the panel.

This is how electrical fires can start.

If your panel sounds like this, don’t ignore it.
