We recently wrapped up a structural repair on an HOA baby pool floor that was full of deep craters and old, failing patches. On a job like this, the magic is all in the prep work—because if the substrate isn't immaculate, the repair won't last.
How we restored it:
* 🔨 Substrate Prep: Chipped out delaminated plaster and ground bad patches down to raw concrete.
* 🧹 Deep Cleaning: Vacuumed and prepped the surface between every phase to guarantee maximum adhesion.
* 🩹 Custom Leveling: Mixed high-strength structural epoxy with fine sand to fill craters and level the floor.
* 🔄 Final Details: Reset loose tile, recaulked perimeters, and applied a Cool-feel edge coating. ☀️
We take pride in tackling the tough, custom jobs other guys walk away from.
