A MILCON-funded construction project can take five years from requirement to ribbon cutting. Most operational facility needs do not have that kind of runway.

CoverSix modular structures are eligible for Operations and Maintenance funding, which compresses the entire process from site study to occupancy into a timeline that actually matches the urgency of the requirement. For installation commanders and Contracting Officers working against a real deadline, that is not a minor distinction.

Am******on and explosive storage at a federal installation is not a place where "good enough" is an acceptable outcome. The material inside the structure defines the standard the structure has to meet. Full stop.

CoverSix modular storage magazines are built past that floor: proper blast separation, access control that functions under daily operational use, and a structure that arrives on your installation without requiring a MILCON funding cycle or years of construction lead time.

Steel is still the foundation of most hardened structures. It’s not just about strength. It’s about how it integrates into a complete protective system. More on our blog:

Learn how ballistic-resistant materials perform in real security design and why steel remains the foundation of hardened structures.

There's a lot more to a training range than the firing line. CQC and MOUT facilities, shoot houses, observation positions, protected viewing bunkers, storage, and support spaces may all play a role in the larger training environment. Learn how CoverSix approaches training facilities around mission requirements.

Training facilities work best when they're designed around the mission. From weapons and firing distances to tactical movement, personnel, and future training needs, the facility’s intended use should drive the design. See what goes into planning military training facilities in our blog post.

Modular construction can move much of the building process off site, but successful delivery starts long before fabrication. Requirements, engineering, approvals, transportation and installation all need to work together. Learn more about the CoverSix design-build approach.

A ballistic observation tower, hardened living accommodations and communications facilities supporting launch operations may look very different, but they share something important: each was designed around a specific mission. See what that means for the design-build modular process.

Installation requirements evolve. The access control point that handled traffic fine two years ago may be undersized now. The command center that was right-sized at activation may need to grow as the mission expands.

CoverSix builds modular structures that can scale when the requirement does: single units, multi-bay horizontal configurations, and stacked multi-story structures that expand without disrupting what is already in place. The structure adapts to the mission, not the other way around.

There is a version of training that teaches a unit exactly what to expect from the training facility they practice in. And there is a version that actually prepares them for the scenario they will face.

CoverSix modular training facilities are built for the second version. Close Quarters Combat structures configured for CQC. MOUT environments built for urban operations. Live-fire ranges built to the standards of live-fire use. The facility reflects the mission so the training does too.

Every hardened facility, every classified space, every secured perimeter behind the entry point depends on the entry point doing its job. One weak access control point undoes all of it.

CoverSix access control points are hardened against blast and ballistics, integrated with full-height turnstile systems, and sized to the actual screening requirement of the installation, from a single guard shack to a large multi-lane entry control campus. The security posture starts at the gate. We build the gate.
