Doing some big work in the Sunflower State for a local landfill with over 1200 goats!
This landfill has about 150 acres of "completed" cells, meaning they have buried the trash and seeded it back into vegetation. There are hundreds of wells that harvest methane from these giant compost piles. The problem is, the crews of men cant access the wells to maintain them because the johnson grass and other vegetation is too thick and unruly.
Over the next few weeks our goats will help clear up these steep hillsides and make it possible for the landfill guys to bring in machinery to keep maintaining the vegetation.
Goats go where people cant. This is the value of a goat!
