We handle everything from residential renovations to routine property maintenance across the area, and we need someone who can jump right in and hit the ground running.
What We Are Looking For:
We need an all-around fixer and builder with hands-on experience in multiple aspects of construction, including:
Carpentry & Framing: Structural work, decks, small outbuildings, and trim.
Roofing & Exterior Work: Repairs, shingle replacements, and general exterior maintenance.
General Property Maintenance: Troubleshooting, standard residential repairs, and mechanical aptitude.
Tool Savvy: Proficiency and comfort with a wide range of professional hand and power tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or professional property maintenance. References required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail—our customers expect high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
A positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
