🌼 Prepping these Mums for next season! 🌼

Why buy new mums every year when you can try saving the ones you already have? 🍂🌱

After they finish blooming, cut back the dead growth and let the plants go dormant. You can store the pots in a cold, unheated garage or sheltered space to help protect them through the winter.

The key is to keep the soil from drying out completely! Check them periodically and water lightly when the soil is nearly dry. They need much less water while dormant, so be careful not to overwater. 💧

Come spring, bring them back out gradually and see if they’ll reward you with another beautiful season of blooms! 🌸

A little care now can mean more blooms later — and one less plant to buy next year! 🌿

Another section of this amazing garden has been cleared! 🌿🍂 We’re turning overgrown chaos into a view worth seeing by clearing out the weeds, trimming back plants, and giving these gardens the care they need for the fall season.

There’s something so rewarding about bringing a garden back to life and uncovering its beauty, one section at a time. And we’re not done yet! 🌱🌸

Winter is coming… and Root To Roses is adding something new this season!

While our gardens take a rest for the winter, Root To Roses will still be here to help keep things moving.

This winter, I’ll be offering on-call residential snow shoveling for small driveways, walkways, steps, entryways, and small paths around the home.

If you find yourself needing a hand after a snowfall, send me a message.

Stay warm. Stay safe. And when the snow comes… let Root To Roses do the shoveling.

🌿🌸 ANOTHER GARDEN TRANSFORMATION IS BEGINNING! 🌸🌿

We’re getting ready to give these gardens around the house a fresh new look! Our first step is removing everything from the existing garden beds so we can start with a clean slate and create something completely new. 🌱✨

Today, we’re sharing the before pictures so you can see where this transformation begins. Stay tuned as we clear out the old and make way for a fresh new garden!
