It’s been awhile since I’ve shared any pictures. I’d say we’ve set a company record for the amount of foundations we’ve put in this summer. 14 new home foundations in the month of July alone. Through all the heat and mud and rain the guys just hammered down. We have even been working on a few slab homes with heated floors. If your contractor doesn’t try to talk you into heated floors in your slab then you may have the wrong contractor!!

Between all the rain and mud managed to accomplish some great things recently. Broke ground on new townhomes at Bear Creek, finished a sweet wood stamp porch, almost all finished with nice homes on Albert Way, wrapped up a beautiful home in Lexington Farms and just got started on a white brick home in Haythorne Woods.
There’s a lot going on in Vigo County right now in the housing market!!

Name it and it was accomplished this week.
Even though I’m pretty sure my employees are the reason for my blood pressure meds I also know I can’t do it without them and they truly care about their work!!
