Sometimes a DIY project needs a helping hand! 🔧

This customer attempted to install their smart toilet themselves but couldn’t get the installation completed. They gave Carter Quality Plumbing a call, and we got it taken care of!

We replaced the low-set toilet fl**ge, installed the compatible shutoff valve, and got their smart toilet set up and working. Another successful project!

Today, Carter Quality Plumbing installed a customer-supplied smart toilet! After pulling the toilet, we found that the fl**ge was set too low. We replaced the fl**ge and angle stop, properly set the toilet, and fired it up.

Man, these things are really neat! 🚽

🔧 Another Great Project in the Books! 💧

Today we were able to replace a 50-gallon electric water heater and well tank for our customer.

The customer also decided to upgrade to a powered anode rod, which can help extend the life of the water heater while also helping combat that infamous rotten egg smell that can occur with well water.

It was a great project, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out!

💧 Well Tank Replacement – West River, MD

We received a call from a customer in West River who was experiencing low water pressure throughout their home.

After diagnosing the well system, we found that the immediate issue was a malfunctioning pressure switch. We provided the customer with multiple repair and replacement options, and because of the age of the existing system, they decided to move forward with a full well tank replacement.
