There’s just something about watching your kids learn the value of hard work.

Our 14-year-old spent the day helping form up concrete, shoveling dirt, pushing wheelbarrows, and learning right alongside the crew.

We’re not just raising boys, we’re raising future men. Teaching them to work hard, show up, learn a trade, and take pride in what they do. One day, these lessons will be worth more than they realize.

BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP!

Check out this before & after!

This storm shelter was built completely from the ground up by our crew, from the block and concrete work to framing it in and finishing the exterior to match the home. Yesterday, we officially wrapped it up, and we love how it turned out!

Not only does it blend right into the home, but most importantly, it gives this family a safe place to go when severe weather hits. ❤️

From the ground up, we do it all.

WOW! We have had an overwhelming amount of people reach out about the job opening!

We are so thankful for everyone who has contacted us and shown interest in joining our crew. If you have messaged us or called and haven’t heard back yet, please be patient with us, we WILL get back to you!

We might be looking to add a couple guys to our crew!

Thornberry Construction is considering bringing on 3-4 experienced workers, and we’d like to see who’s out there.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has carpentry/construction experience
Has experience with concrete work
Is dependable, hardworking & takes pride in their work
Has reliable transportation
Shows up on time and ready to work
Can pass a drug test — this is a MUST

We are a Christian-based, family-owned company. God comes first in our business always, and we try our best to operate with honesty, integrity, respect, and good character. We want the people on our crew to respect those values and the kind of work environment we strive to maintain. We will not tolerate anything else.

Pay will be based on experience and skill level.

We’re not officially hiring just yet, but we’re putting some feelers out there. We’re praying about this next step and asking God to send the right people our way. If you have the experience and think you’d be a good fit with our crew, send us a message and tell us a little about yourself and your work experience.

A good day for concrete!

This one took some serious yardage, and our crew knocked it out today! From the shop doors all the way out into the driveway, this fresh pour gave this property a whole new look.

Concrete work is one of those jobs where the prep matters just as much as the finish, and we’re proud to do it right from start to finish.

Another project down and another customer taken care of. He is extremely satisfied. We thank God for the work, the strength to do it, and the people who continue to trust Thornberry Construction. 🙌🏼
