The best form of flattery is repeat business. I painted the master bedroom, hall, both closets and master bath ceilings white (builder sprayed same color as walls). Cleaned up the already installed crown molding, 3 coats of semi on the crown, retrofitted led recessed lights, installed ambiance lighting in the stairwell and added a door in the basement for storage and light wiring access.
