Weather in Columbia can really put a roof to the test.

Here, we replaced the entire roof with architectural shingles in storm onyx black. We started by protecting landscaping, then removed every layer down to the deck. Any water-damaged wood got replaced before installing underlayment, leak barriers, and a fresh set of bold shingles. Pipe flashings and custom-fit brick flashing were installed for extra protection, and we wrapped up with a full clean-up including a magnetic sweep for stray nails.
