This steam boiler utilizes antiquated technology that many technicians may not fully comprehend. Notably, it is the sole type of boiler that actually boils water, whereas others merely heat it. The boiler heats water to its boiling point and leverages the resulting steam to distribute heat to radiators. Due to its specialized nature, installation requires adherence to specific procedures. Additionally, the boiler is substantial, weighing approximately 560 pounds.

Sometimes a heating system just needs to be replaced. This one was scary. It was burning poorly with significant carbon monoxide. The fire department cleared the unsafe conditions but that left the house so cold the pipes started to freeze.
We were able to replace the heating system before any damage to the house. Sadly the pet cat did not survive.
Please have your heating system checked every year.

This customer has complained to their other company for years that they don’t have enough cooling, their ductwork sweats, and they have replaced their blower motor three times in the last five years. With good tests and a good solution, they should be cool for years to come.

This was a highly successful project. The customer had previously engaged multiple companies to assess their home's conditioning issues, specifically in one room. The problem was rooted in filter restrictions reducing total airflow through the system and ductwork limitations in the supply, leading to that particular room. We effectively resolved the issue in the basement, without needing to make any intrusive modifications to the house. The customer expressed great satisfaction.

This air conditioning unit is in an attic. It has sections that are not sealed. Dust and air can get sucked into the unit. This dust accumulates in a layer inside the HVAC system. It is possible for biological growth to develop on this layer of dust. Simply sealing your HVAC system will improve energy efficiency and your family's health.
