All this rain is a real test for your sump pump. Five minutes now can save you a flooded basement later.

Pour a bucket of water into the pit. The pump should kick on and empty it. If it just hums, runs nonstop, or doesn't start at all, don't wait for the next storm to find out.

We spent our Saturday with our team and families at Haverford Township Day and our boy Liam Salvatore took home the gold for Centrellas Deli’s meatball eating contest!

Trenchless water service replacement!

This customer was having a leak from their old copper water service at their basement wall, causing water to collect on the floor.

We were able to pull a new line through and remove the old copper, then connect the new line to the existing curb stop - all without touching the front lawn!

Oh no!

We had recently camera scoped this customer’s sewer line in and couldn’t get through to the street side due to a blockage.

After excavating the area, we found that an unshielded Fernco coupling was used.

The weight on top of the pipe caused the coupling to sink, which led to the next section of pipe blocking the previous section.

We replaced the terra cotta pipe with new 5” PVC and used the correct shielded transition couplings.

Don’t bury unshielded bands!

Replacement of old copper fittings with new PVC after cable-clearing the drain!

Ideally, we would upsize the line to 2” and run new PVC throughout, but the 1 1/2” copper stub out had to stay to avoid ripping out flooring and cast iron.
