Customer complaint was “water standing in back yard.”, Upon investigation we found that someone had hit the gutter drain cap causing it to break and the line to become full of dirt/mud. We then proceeded to dig up the line and found a sprinkler system was installed directly under the gutter drain line. It appeared as if the drain line was never reinstalled correctly and just shoved back into the hole. With customer approval we fixed the drain line, cap, and also two other caps that we discovered had been broken by what appeared to be an aerator. After fixing these, the customer has scheduled with us to come back in the spring and install top soil and also plant grass seed.

Moral of the story is that not all lawn care businesses care about their customers. Most large ones just want your money. It’s so crazy to us how many phone calls we get from customers who are needing something fixed or redone because another company didn’t finish it completely or have caused bigger problems that now need fixing. If you want something done right and are looking for someone to put you first then please call us! No matter what job you are needing done or landscaping dream you might have, please call us. We can do almost anything. 💪🏼
