IN WITH THE OLD 🏡🛁

We’re all but finished with this bathroom remodel in an 1882 Queen Anne. We installed a custom tile floor and shower, built custom cabinetry, refinished the original trim, added crown moulding and wainscoting, and repurposed an 1800s dresser into the new vanity.

As craftsmen who love our trade and its history, it was a pleasure to take the time to restore some of the home’s original craftsmanship. Even if it meant installing a tile shower in a house that was originally built without a bathroom—or, apparently, a square or a level. But, of course, we got it done.

Our return customer invited us back to transform her second bathroom with a fresh new look. We removed the old paneling and installed a new tub with a custom tile surround, a beautiful vanity, LVP flooring, and custom storage solutions.

That’s how we’d describe this bathroom we wrapped up today and it’s certainly one for the books. 7 by 7 wet room, Herringbone tile, rainfall shower head, clawfoot tub, towel warmer, big beautiful vanity, gold fixtures and even a Bidet.

Today we wrapped up a full interior remodel — full gut, top to bottom. Tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings, new kitchen counters with tile backsplash, shiplap bathroom walls with a tile shower and built-in niche, a custom built-in pantry, and fresh floors throughout the whole house. Solid, honest work that turned an old house into a new home. Thankful for this job keeping us warm. Packed up. On to the next. ✌🏼
