When people are ready to remodel, it’s very important that you do your research and pick the right company to do exactly what you’re looking for for the end Result. A lot of times some contractors get over their head on the skills or just on time management. I find myself bailing out a lot of customers over the last five years of superior works being in business. This is one of those situations.
This is a shome built inside of a shop that need to be finished in a very timely matter. I was able to finish it in four weeks. All is Very happy with the results.

Let’s talk energy efficiency as the summer go hotter, and the winters get colder. If you have one of these older homes and you’re running nothing but dehumidifiers and window air-conditioning. This can solve your issues for energy efficiency.
For this customer, we installed a three zone mini split heat pump system.
Before installing equipment, this customer was running 5 individual room air conditioners plus additional dehumidifiers.

Her energy bill was through the roof. With this new system it runs one outdoor unit and three individual indoor heads.
Before installing the system, I did a walk-through the house and it had so many hot and cold spots as you walk through the home within just two hours of running the updated system got the whole entire home to one consistent temperature, comfort and energy efficiency.
