Edited for customer privacy: 20x48 6’ tanning ledge entrance with tanning ledge bubblers to 8’ deep end with automatic pool cover 365/under track concrete coping, 6 deck jets heated with saltwater upgrade. wrapped with a 10ft concrete pool deck surrounding the area. Plenty of room for all outdoor activities this turned out great

Back yard transformation

16x38 stadium/tanning entrance, automatic under track cover,heated, pool house foundation plumbed for outdoor living/bathroom ect. Concrete coping all tied together with a full sized pickle ball court. Totaling 100 yards of concrete for this beautiful backyard transformation

Before and after pics of this beautiful transformation we finished up over the cold months… this 2 story 1921 home was build to last through doomsday no task was easy but we pulled it together. The upstairs of this home consisted of 4 bedroom now turned into a full second floor master suite with 2 guest rooms… all plumbing and electrical was brought up from the basement to support all finished fixtures and appliances. Every detail is perfect it’s not just a pretty picture, no corners cut and no expenses spared.. most of the beauty of this project you don’t see tucked behind walls and under floors… the “unappreciated” work that gets taken for granted making all this functional.
