The crew has been absolutely busting their butts this week! 💪🏗️

They kicked off this project on Monday, lost one day to the rain, and yesterday they set the trusses! It's amazing to watch a project come together this quickly.

They'll be working through the weekend to stay ahead of next week's heat and keep the momentum going. 🔆 The goal is to get this garage roof wrapped up so we can move inside to start all the next steps including; installing windows, siding, drywall and all the other finishing touches that really bring the project to life.

We couldn't be more proud of this crew and the dedication they bring every single day. Stay tuned—this one is coming together fast!

Another cottage project wrapped up by Maas Home Improvements! ✨

This recent refresh included:
🔨 Repairing rotted siding
🪵 Patching holes and damaged areas
🎨 Repainting two sides of the cottage
🏠 Fresh paint on the soffit
🚪 Installing a new threshold in the sun porch

Sometimes a handful of smaller repairs and updates can completely freshen up a property and help protect it for years to come! It can also be overwhelming to homeowners to figure out how to triage and budget in an effort of fixing but maybe not all at once. We are able to help by triaging to buy some time preventing further damage and yet not breaking the bank.

We love helping bring these older cottages back to life while keeping their charm intact. ☀️🌲
