We’re a local Wisconsin company built around a simple belief:
Homeowners deserve honest answers.
Energy costs continue to climb year after year, and frankly, it frustrates us. Families are working hard, yet many unknowingly lose money every month due to hidden issues in their homes—air leaks, poor insulation, improper ventilation, moisture problems, and inefficient attic systems.
That’s why we started Katson LLC.
Our goal isn’t to sell you something you don’t need. In fact, if we inspect your home and determine that everything is performing as it should, we’ll tell you exactly that. We’d rather build trust and earn a customer for life than sell a service that isn’t necessary.
Every home is different. That’s why we begin with inspections and testing to identify what’s actually happening inside your home before recommending solutions.

Many homeowners don’t realize that bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans should never discharge into an attic. Unfortunately, it’s extremely common and can contribute to moisture buildup, mold growth, and long-term damage. The good news is that these issues are often straightforward to correct when identified early.
If we discover concerns outside our scope—such as mold, vermiculite insulation, asbestos-containing materials, knob-and-tube wiring, structural concerns, or other hazards—we’ll help point you toward the proper remediation specialists and resources to get the issue handled correctly.
