Look no further than Core Tech Construction! This April we are hitting the ground running by putting fiber in the ground. And we are looking for more hands to help with the multiple projects we have opening up across Wisconsin.
As a young company, we are quickly growing and are looking for motivated individuals who are not afraid to work and learn in order to achieve their goals.
Having done exceptionally well, our first year in 2025, Core Tech went into the year with the mindset of, it takes a team of hard-working individuals to make any kind of success and accomplishments possible. Last year solidified that mindset and we are continuing to expand our team even further for the start of 2026.
You DO NOT need to have any prior experience working in this field, as long as you come in with the right work ethic and ability/willingness to learn, the skills will come naturally. Obtaining this mindset and demonstrating it through your actions will get you promoted quickly.
We have the ability to make and hold ourselves to that type of statement because as previously mentioned, Core Tech is young but has continued to grow and with upcoming projects opening up, has shown no sign of slowing down. In fact, it’d be the opposite, as such, more jobs/pathways and opportunities will become available to the ones who get there first and earn their spots. This is a great opportunity to get in with a young and growing company at the ground level and set up a potential path and career for yourself.
Work Details:
We work on large fiber optic projects so we have to go where the work is, this means regular travel is required. (If car pooling isn’t available by the company for your area, Core Tech will reimburse fuel costs for the individual!)
Monday-Thursday work week is the expected schedule with an occasional Friday in certain circumstances. Overtime is always available.
Starting pay is $21-22hr while some of our projects offer prevailing wage $25+. With the potential for a lot more if you're the person we're looking for.
