Throwback to a project from a couple years ago: This deck in Waterville had literally fallen off the house from the weight of the snow. Two major problems on most Maine decks are 1) weak connection to the house and 2) no footings. This one had both problems! We replaced the deck and made sure it was structurally sound. We also spent time on the details like the double picture-frame border, fully enclosed skirting, and Westbury aluminum railing. Proud of how this came out!
