It's October in Nebraska, and the first hard freeze could hit any night now.

Our Ribbon Cutting & Fall Festival was a night to remember, and a lot of the credit goes to Leah.

From the RSVP page and invitations to coordinating vendors and keeping a packed evening of BBQ, live music, drinks, hayrides and kids' activities running smoothly, Leah handled every detail. Because of her, our team got to spend the night with our guests instead of running around behind the scenes.

The Ground Builders family just got a little bigger! Congratulations to our own Rafael and his wife Miriam on the arrival of their baby boy, Aaron Rafael.

We build backyards for families to make memories in, and nothing makes us happier than celebrating one of our own starting a brand-new chapter. Rafael, we couldn't be prouder of you. Miriam, congratulations on your beautiful little guy!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Ground Builders Ribbon Cutting & Fall Festival in Waterloo. You filled our new home with BBQ, bounce houses, live music and a whole lot of neighbors. We cut the ribbon at 5, and the party didn't slow down until after dark.
