We’re taking a short break!

Risen Builders will be out of town through August 5th spending some much-needed time away with our families.

Carpenter – Residential Construction
Company: Risen Builders
Risen Builders is looking for an experienced, dependable Carpenter to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, leads by example, and is committed to delivering quality work while maintaining a safe and productive job site.
Responsibilities
● Lead and supervise residential construction projects
● Perform and oversee:
● Wood framing
● Flooring installation
● Window and door installation
● Interior and exterior trim
● Cabinet installation
● Demolition
● General carpentry and finish work
● Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
● Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
● Train and mentor crew members
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and management

Qualifications
● 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
● Proven leadership experience managing a crew
● Strong knowledge of residential building methods and materials
● Ability to solve problems and work independently
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Own hand tools (power tools are a plus)
● Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

Pay Scale:
2-4 years experience: $28-38/hour
Lead Carpenter:$40-48/hour

Lead Carpenter will also be responsible for mobing/demobing job sites, will have a company vehicle (valid drivers license, no criminal history, clean driving record)
