🏡 Small Addition. Big Impact.
This project is a perfect example of how a thoughtfully designed addition can completely transform the way a home looks, feels, and functions.
Built over the winter, this addition gave the homeowners something they were missing every day—a welcoming front entry, a stunning primary suite expansion, and the extra space needed to better fit their lifestyle. While the footprint increase was modest, the impact was anything but.
The new entryway creates a true focal point for the home, providing a warm and inviting first impression while dramatically improving curb appeal. Upstairs, the addition allowed for a beautiful primary bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub, custom shower, and plenty of natural light.
