Foyer & staircase makeover
Tons of prep, spackle, sanding, filling, priming and cleaning to get this space up to par.

All the trim and millwork was finished in Benjamin Moore Advance Satin, walls were done in a Matte finish.

Quick little exterior in Greenwood Lake

Using Benjamin Moore Element Guard, first we scraped, sanded and primed then applied 2/3 coats to all surfaces.

2 guys, 6 days, everything was hand brushed

Clients were so cool they invited us back over for dinner 🍽️

Our process is refinishing decks is quite simple really, take no shortcuts.

Some clients tend to think they need to tear down and rebuild. But if prepped the correct way, the transformation can often be stunning.

All of these deck surfaces were covered in dirt, grime, mildew and more. First we cleared off the bigger debris, then these decks underwent a multiple day soft wash using low pressure and eco friendly surfactants until they were spotless.

Once clean and dry we lightly sand any rough areas so you’ll have smooth surfaces throughout prior to applying any stain.

These decks all got multiple coats of Woodluxe Semi Solid Stain in California Rustic ES-24

The results speak for themselves.
