Doubled the bid because you already KNOW it’s gonna be a HUGE pain..& you’re not even 100% sure you can actually pull it off…AND THEY SIGN. 🫣😂

Well… guess we’re doing it gentlemen, here goes nothing‼️😆🙏

FIRST HOME BUILD — COMPLETE‼️🏡

We’re officially finished with our first home build(besides a tiny home), and we couldn’t be more proud of how this one turned out😮‍💨

This project definitely tested us. The foundation pour was nearly 10 inches out of square😡, which meant extra time and a LOT of attention to detail to get everything just right. Add in weather delays, material issues/yard problems, plenty of add-ons, and this build took longer than expected but that’s how it goes!

We’re incredibly proud of this one and SO thankful for everyone who has trusted Hopkins Homeworx LLC with their projects. We take a lot of pride in making sure every detail is done right👌🏼

The homeowner, who used to be a builder himself, told us it was one of the best houses he’s ever seen. That compliment meant more than he probably knows.🙌🏼

Thank you again for everyone who’s been supporting our small business.
We can’t wait to keep building, remodeling, and serving our community one project at a time‼️🔨🏡

🔨 We are close to project completion!🏡

Working on finishing up the soffit, stairs, and sheathing. Its rewarding seeing the final details start to come together!

We also want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everyone who continues to call, message, and recommend us to your friends and family. The referrals and word-of-mouth support mean more to us than you know! 🧡

We’ve been booked up with work, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. If you’re a subcontractor looking for some work, we have opportunities available. Send us a message and let’s talk!

Mother Nature doesn’t care that both our current projects are outside… she said, “Let me bring that HEAT‼️”🥵

It might slow us down a little, but it won’t stop us. We’re still out here getting it done🔨💪

People see the finished projects, but they don’t always see everything happening behind the scenes. Right now we’re still working on building this custom home, putting up a shop, drywalling my own home, and still taking care of side jobs in between. 🥵

I’ll be honest… our timeline hasn’t gone as planned. Weather delays, unexpected setbacks, trying to make right others
craptastic work, and now being down another employee have definitely made things more challenging. 🫠

But one thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment. We’re showing up every day, putting in the hours, and doing everything we can to keep projects moving forward while making sure our work quality never slips.👌🏼

To every client who’s been super patient, understanding, and has continued to support Hopkins Homeworx LLC—thank you‼️

We don’t take your trust for granted, and we’re giving everything we’ve got to finish strong and make our way to you. 💪🏡🔨

🏠 Weekdays: Framing a home or side work when it rains.👌🏽

🔨 Saturdays: Building a shop for another client.🔥

🏡 Sundays: Working on our own home😍

When business stays this busy, having subcontractors you can truly trust is priceless—and around here, that’s hard to find. Huge shoutout to Boyer and his crew for knocking it out of the park with another flawless paint job. Quality work, dependable, and always takes pride in what they do‼️💪🏼

We’re grateful to be trusted by so many homeowners. Quality isn’t usually available next week or even next month. If you want it done right the first time, get on our schedule now—we’re booking into next year already‼️😎

Around here, we take hydration to new heights‼️💦😄

Rain delays, long days, and weekend side jobs… that’s construction life. 🙃🌧️🔨

We’ve been staying busy trying to get this house wrapped up while juggling side projects on the weekends. Every time we think we’re making great progress, Mother Nature seems to have other plans. 😅 But that’s all part of the process, and we’re grateful to have the work‼️😃

One thing that made this project extra special was having my son come to work with me for the first time. I wanted him to see firsthand what I do every day and what hard work really looks like. There’s value in learning that success comes from showing up, putting in the effort, and taking pride in your work.

The house will get finished, the rain will eventually stop, and hopefully he walked away with a lesson he’ll carry with him for the rest of his life.🙏🏼

Work hard. Stay humble. Teach the next generation. 💪👷‍♂️
