Failing paver step. There is a solution!

On this project the homeowner had an unsafe failing paver step ledge and needed to find a solution.
We were able to pull back the pavers and build a retaining wall to create a safer transitional step to and from the upper and lower patio.
Once wall was built we were able to reinstall the pavers around the new step like nothing ever was repaired/changed.

With the knowledge and design eye from NicKelly paired with the versatility of paver and retaining wall material there is no better team to solve your outdoor needs.

We came, we saw, we conquered THE SINKING SEAT WALL.

The homeowner has been noticing that thier decorative seat wall around there concrete patio has been sinking for sometime.

We came in and were able to deconstruct the sinking section of the wall. We were able to salvage the cap and the brick accent row. Then we excavated the area for proper base installation. Then we build a new section of the wall which tied in seamlessly to the existing seat wall.

Let's just say the sinking seat wall....NO match for NicKelly!
