Looking for smart, hardworking, and energetic self-starters. We have two openings for in home sales people for our rapidly growing Fence Deck and Patio company based in Walkersville Md. The right candidates will have an eye for outdoor living design and a passion for making homeowners dreams come to reality. Prior sales experience can be helpful but more important is the wiliness to learn and the desire to work with a company that truly appreciates its staff. First year rep should expect to make between 60 and 75k, those with more experience should easily see 75 to 100k. Weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals will be set individually, and bonuses will be paid as they are achieved. Your commissions are paid weekly and average 8.5% of the total sale (average sale is $6500.00) Our company’s growth is only as good as the sales professionals who drive it.
