In December 1989, Ray Queen and his son Howard purchased a small septic tank business, just one truck and a phone number, and began operating out of Ray's home in Mountain Rest. What started as a family affair, with Ray's wife Sue in the office, has grown into a company of 17 employees, including 6 full-time route drivers serving three counties. Along the way, they expanded into portable toilets, hand wash stations, holding tanks, and restroom trailers, and in 2015 Howard's daughter Cassie joined the team.

After 36 years serving Upstate SC, Action Services of Oconee remains grounded in their core values: Integrity in Service, Pride in Quality, and Respect and Accountability, treating every customer and job with honesty, care, and accountability.
