The heat is coming, and now is a good time to have your HVAC system checked before summer arrives.

Regular maintenance can catch small issues early and help prevent expensive breakdowns when you need your system the most.

Many problems can be repaired at a reasonable cost, but if a system is older or starting to have repeated issues, replacement may be the better long-term option.

It’s also important to know that some older refrigerants, like R-22, have already been phased out and are becoming more expensive and harder to find. We still service systems that use these refrigerants and also work on newer systems using current refrigerants.

If your system hasn’t been checked recently, schedule maintenance now and stay ahead of the heat.

Just before Thanksgiving , We had the pleasure of installing a mini-split system that the customer had purchased themselves. Mr. Grier in Ridge Spring wanted some heating and air conditioning in his unfinished shop. While most companies might shy away customer provided equipment, we believe in being flexible and making sure you get the comfort you deserve—no matter how the project starts!
